One of the goals of CITW is to create a community of writers supporting, growing, and learning together. To that end, we’ll be introducing you to our six founding members over the course of the next six months!
In this post, we’re excited to introduce you to the first of our founders, Joy Fetters!

Joy is a writer from Portland, Oregon.  She is currently a college student at Multnomah University, double-majoring in Bible/Theology and History.  Her favorite genre is YA/Adult Fantasy, and her favorite series in that genre are “The Chronicles of Narnia” (by C.S. Lewis), “The Lord of the Rings” (by J.R.R. Tolkien), and “Rangers’ Apprentice”/”The Brotherband Chronicles” (by John Flanagan).

She is currently writing the fourth book of “The Empire of Tarn” series, the first book of which (“A House Divided”) is already self-published. When she’s not writing TEOT, Joy enjoys reading, writing (too much) fanfiction, watching fantasy movies and tv shows, and playing video games (her favorites of which are Skyrim and Final Fantasy XV).

Joy can be found on the following websites:

Joy thanks you for visiting the Cabin in the Woods, and hopes you have a great day!
